Chocolate artisans
Our mission is to "pay it forward", we support vulnerable women and empower them to have a profession and become "chocolatiers" who make and take maximum care of every detail in all the process, allowing us to have high export standards for every international demanding markets.
Chocolate Jewels
Each chocolate in this box is special because it is handmade. At BeCocoa we support vulnerable ecuadorian women by giving them the opportunity to become experts in artisan chocolates. The women are highly trained in the technical aspects of chocolate, in the esthetics and design that makes them unique, attractive and delicious. This is why we say our chocolates are like a piece of Chocolate Jewerly
Recognition
We had international and national award. BeCocoas was nominated for the first place of the most innovative product at Lux Awards, which rewards Ecuadorian talent, where we compete with very prestigious brands such as Güitig and Pilsener. The words of the international judges were "passing through it with courage and conviction, the award goes to Ecuador in a box of BeCocoa chocolates."
Recognition
(2019). Chosen among the 40 best projects with the purpose of supporting women, by the Vital Voices foundation in Hillary Clinton's Washington DC, worldwide with more than 1000 applications.

We are a small team of entrepreneurs passionate about cocoa and chocolate, and we are promoting equality and biodiversity in Ecuador. We work with small farmers at a fair price and deal.

We were born from a challenge: to capture Ecuador in a box of chocolates, a place in which a huge diversity is condensed. A universe for the senses, from colors, textures, aromas, sounds and flavors.
Otavalo culture
Our packaging is inspired by the Otavaleña culture. That is why each box and cylinder has a unique detail that represents the best of Ecuador.
Sustainability Guidelines
One of our values is respect for the environment. Our packages are made 100% with the by-product (bagasse) of sugar cane.
